The Mind Behind CLEARD
I grew up in Riverside, California.
That’s east of Los Angeles. And if you know, you know what that means violence, gangs, a gun culture that shaped everything around me. My family was fighting just to get by. I watched that every day.
I made a choice early: I wasn’t going to be defined by where I started.
That didn’t make it easy. I went through it, the streets, the county, the moments where the wrong decision would have ended everything. But I never lost sight of what I was building toward.
I moved to Seattle to escape a situation that was going nowhere. And that decision ended up being where two of my businesses were born.
Today I’ve built and sold multi-million dollar companies. I lead teams. I’ve spoken at Microsoft, Amazon, Mayweather Boxing and more.
But none of that is why I do this.
I do this because I’ve sat across from founders who have everything on paper and still feel stuck. And I know exactly what that is. I’ve lived it.
That gap isn’t your business. It’s you.
CLEARD exists to close it.
